The Nutrition Clinic website

The Nutrition Clinic

The Nutrition Clinic has helped women fix their energy, gut and hormones for over a decade, but its website buried the programmes and gave visitors no clear next step. We rebuilt it on WordPress around booking a call.

A WordPress site for a Singapore functional nutrition clinic that puts its two programmes and a free discovery call in front of every visitor, replacing a site that had lost its shape.

What we were solving

The Nutrition Clinic (TNC) is a functional medicine nutrition practice in Singapore. Founder Pooja Vig has worked with over 4,200 clients, most of them women dealing with exhaustion, bloating, poor sleep and hormonal swings. The practice runs 1-1 consultations, a Gut-Brain Signature Program and a group programme called The Perimenopause Blueprint, with webinars feeding the top of the funnel.

The old website didn't reflect any of that. Years of small edits had left it with duplicate pages, orphaned survey and payment URLs, and a menu that made visitors work out for themselves what TNC did. Someone landing from a webinar had no obvious path from "this sounds like me" to a booked call. Opt-ins were weak, so visitors who weren't ready to buy left without a trace.

Supplement sales were growing too, and the site had never been built to sell anything.

Success was simple. A visitor should understand what TNC does within seconds, find the programme that fits, and book.

How we tackled it

One path from homepage to call

We started with the journey, not the design. Every page now points to the same place: a free discovery session, booked through TNC's existing Practice Better scheduling tool. Home leads to About, About to the two programmes, each programme to the call. Menus on desktop and mobile were cut back to the pages that carry that journey. We mapped every old URL to its new home with 301 redirects so a decade of blog and webinar links kept working.

Space for the clinic's own proof

TNC had a strong story and no room to tell it. The new design uses white space and a two-typeface system (Merriweather for headings, Noto Sans elsewhere, chosen with the client's team) so the testimonials, the "best nutritionist in Singapore" awards and the press logos read as evidence rather than clutter. Photography and video of Pooja sit near each call to action, since this is a practice people buy on trust in one person.

Built for the team to run

The site is WordPress with Beaver Builder, so TNC's small team can edit programme pages, swap banners and publish blog posts without a developer. We connected ThriveCart for sales pages and ActiveCampaign for email, so the newsletter sign-up and masterclass waitlist feed the clinic's own list, and set up Google Site Kit and Tag Manager so the team can see what the pages do. The build went live in early 2025 after a final launch QA pass and a round of post-launch banner and CTA changes.

What we delivered

The Nutrition Clinic now has a site that does one job well. Its two programmes are the first things a visitor sees. Every page ends in a free discovery call. The duplicate pages and dead ends are gone, the redirects caught the old links, and the team can keep the content current themselves. The separate supplement store sits on its own shop subdomain and links back to the main site, so the practice and the products no longer compete for the same homepage.

What we learned

A practice built on one practitioner's reputation needs a website that gets out of the way. The old site had plenty of content; what it lacked was a decision about what visitors should do next. Once that decision was made (book a free call), every other choice got easier, from the menu to the typography.

The other lesson is about content. The build was ready months before launch while copy, images and product lists came in. Setting content deadlines alongside design deadlines would have shipped this site sooner.
